Return Policy

At K'Amara Label, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags attached

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopkamaralabel@gmail.com to request return authorization and instructions before sending your item back.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued if the item meets all eligibility requirements. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, used, altered, or damaged items

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Swimwear (Final Sale)

  • Items marked Final Sale

Order Processing

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shopkamaralabel@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Delivery Liability

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, K'Amara Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file any claims regarding delivery.
