Shipping Policy

At K'Amara Label, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If we are unable to verify your shipping address, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled and refunded.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at shopkamaralabel@gmail.com. While we will do our best to update your address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing. K'Amara Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. Any eligible store credit issued will be reduced by these shipping costs.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, K'Amara Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Look around your delivery location.

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or store credit for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Time Reminder
Please note that the estimated 3–5 business day shipping timeframe begins after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date your order was placed.
